4 ways to stay happy regardless!
Most of us at times feel that we have no control over our emotional well-being. We feel ecstatic when good stuff happens and depressed when things go wrong. At times we feel our lives are similar to a roller coaster rides sometimes up, sometimes way down.
But what if you could be happy no matter what happens?
You would stay calm when your car breaks down. You would stop feeling lonely when there’s no one to talk to on a rainy day and never lose sleep over your problems.
If being in command of your emotional state sounds good, take charge of your life with these 4 easy tips.
1. Stop Chasing and Start Living
Many people feel the need for always having something more, and live with the mantra for i would have …. I would be happy. Instead of enjoying life, they chase a vague idea of happiness.
But even when you get everything that’s supposed to make you happy, life will have ups and downs. Today your car breaks down, tomorrow you are stuck in traffic. If you look hard enough, you will always find reasons to be miserable.
TIP: Stop chasing and start living. Wanting more is great and you need to always have goals to work towards thats what makes life amazing, but don’t forget to relax and enjoy life for what it is RIGHT NOW in the present!
2. Assume Responsibility
We often love to blame other people, circumstances and even objects for our problems after all its easy to blame somebody els.
Life is full of different people and situations, some are good and some are not so good. Unless you assume responsibility for your life and control how you feel about situations.
TIP: Make Improvement, Instead of blaming others for what’s wrong in your life, focus on what you can do to make things BETTER. It’s your responsibility to make yourself happy!
3. Plan for change and believe you CAN do it
If you want to improve, change or achieve something believe in yourself stop doubting and know you CAN do it!
TIP: When you start doubting and getting negative start putting together a plan to attach the problem at hand and know that you do it!
4. Take Action
When you want something its YOU that can make it happen! You have the power and if you work hard you will achieve what you want. If you want to lose weight then you must start training improve your diet and keep motivated.
TIP:Get behind the steering wheel of your OWN life!
At the end of the day, you will have highs, lows and lots of mediums in your life. You’re only human, just like everybody else.
