- Don’t take your stress out on your body, still eat healthy and exercise
- Control what you can
- Talk about it don’t bottle in your feelings
- Find small things that make you happy to get you through. Something as simple as flowers, your favourite song or an extra hard workout may be all you need to make you happy!
