Let’s Get Organised – Simple Steps to Success
Let’s face it, our lives have become so fast paced that we can almost get anything at our fingertips anytime anywhere. The downside to that usually leads to a lack of organisation and preparation. I believe that if you organise three main things that are important to you or your main tasks, it will allow you to function better therefore leading you on a road to a fantastic week.
I have three main tasks – food preparation, exercise scheduling and household chores or errands. I believe they are the three essential tasks we need in order to function in a healthy and happy manner.
Always aim to plan your essential tasks weekly in order to set yourself up for a successful week, so that once Monday hits you, you’ll be ready to take on everything! Think about it, you’ll be eating healthily, know when you’ll be exercising and your life will be fully organised. Now, who doesn’t want that feeling!
5 steps to organising success
1. Write a list
2. Prioritise most important to least important tasks
3. Set a time frame for each task
4. Tick off each task from your list as you complete them
5. Make it a weekly habit to complete your three essential tasks (trust me you will feel great)
