I believe that feeling good about yourself is a choice we make. When we start to attach ourselves to the negativity of the world we dive more and more in to a negative wave and decide to feel bad.
It is your choice to change your frequency and jump on the positive wave of the world. You are the only one that can choose to put yourself on a positive frequency and start to feel happy!
A simple way to put yourself on a positive frequency is to remember a situation were you felt great or an experience you loved and just that thought alone will send you in the direction of a positive frequency!
It is similar to “radio” tune your life onto a positive frequency and you will see so many more positive things coming in to your life!
