How To Stay POSITIVE

We all want to stay positive and on top of our lives, but sometimes we feel overwhelmed and no matter how hard we try we just can’t STAY positive.  First things first, you can’t wake up full of anger, negative thoughts and emotions against the universe and expect positive things to happen to you. It is similar to tuning in to a heavy metal music while expecting to hear meditation music. It just won’t happen!

We are all creators of our reality every minute of the day; with our thoughts, our words and our actions. We must choose thoughts that cause us to feel emotionally good and we must all become more aware of our thoughts instead of being controlled by them. You cannot focus on things that make you feel bad. Instead, shift your thoughts on what makes you feel good.

Staying Positive

The reason why it is so important to focus on things that make you feel good, is that:

“we attract what we put our attention and focus on”

– whether it be positive or negative. This is why it is so VITAL to choose your thoughts carefully so you attract positivity and not negativity.

I am not saying to be naive and blinded by the universe. What I am saying is for you to see the reality, that you choose carefully to only focus on what you really want, which is your everyday choice; fully conscious. We all have a different “reality” and we are all in control of creating our realities.

Enjoy creating your happy reality, remember to be aware of your thoughts as they create your reality, be sure to focus on thoughts that are positive to shape your reality!
