Tahini recipe with a twist
This tahini recipe can be enjoyed as a salad dressing, a dip or a sauce for your meat or veggies. Its amazing how versatile this little dish is!
Ingredients:
- Hulled tahini 5tbs or more
- Lemon juice 3tbs
- Cumin 1/2tsp
- Paprika 1tsp
- Chili to taste
- Salt & Peper to taste
- Savoury yeast flakes 1-2 tbs(filled with b vitamins) found in health stores
- 5tbs water
Method:
Combine all ingredients together and blend in a blender, if your mixture is to thick then add in some more water. If you would like your tahini with more flavour add in extra paprika and chill.
